While pursuing my undergraduate degree in 2018, I began my career in design as a freelancer, supporting businesses and clients with their brand identity and marketing materials. This experience honed my visual communication skills and laid the groundwork for my transition into product design.
Leaning into product design full-time in 2020 allowed me to develop a strong foundation in user-centered design principles. This translates into my ability to leverage user research and product discovery insights to craft intuitive end-to-end product flows. These flows not only enhance user experience but also demonstrably achieve key business objectives, like boosting website and app conversions.
I have made substantial contributions to the Edtech sector as a product and instructional designer for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development products. In this capacity, I implemented gamified and user-friendly digital training course modules for bank professionals and HR managers, achieving a completion rate of over 90%. Overseeing five external projects, I delivered over $100,000 in incremental revenue during my tenure in that sector.
In my recent role as a lead product designer at Clane, I successfully pioneered two groundbreaking fintech products designed for both B2B and B2C markets.
A notable recent achievement involves leading the redesign of ClanePOS, a merchant acceptance solution that significantly reduced merchant onboarding time and boosted user acquisition by an impressive 1450% in the first two quarters post-launch.
